Erinus alpinus Alpine Balsam DROUGHT-WISE Low growing carpet of olive-green serrated tufts. Lovely spikes of violet flowers bloom in late spring and engulf the entire plant. Excellent plant to use in rock gardens, dry creeks or amongst roses. This plant needs excellent drainage to be content. Shear back blooms to keep tidy.
