Leptinella potentillina Verdigris Brass Buttons Fast growing, green fern-like runners form on top and underneath the soil. Foliage turns bronze in the summer time. Quite a different color than other Leptinellas. Perfect for a shady pathway, as a lawn substitution or in a woodland area. Little yellow button flowers pop up in spring, but it is the verdigris color of the foliage that makes this plant a must for that historic, vintage look.

Tips from Fran
Leptinella potentillina has a distinctive edge over our other Leptinellas offered as it is indeed a fast grower. This one moves at a pretty good clip and has such good color, that it will give you that old world flavor in your garden.
