Under A Foot Plant Company invented the concept that plants could be walked on regularly in the garden, and actually performed better when walked upon. We have spents years and years determining the degree to which plants can take foot traffic and invented a model of degree for each plant we sell.
Tip:It's all about the stonework! Using stones will allow you to choose almost all of our plants. Large stones allow the stone to take the brunt of the foot traffic, not the plant. Conversely, the smaller the stone, the more the plant will suffer the contact and therefore a heavy foot traffic plant is in order.
