We ship your STEPABLE plants FREE directly to your home via Fed Ex. Our customer service representative will notify you within 24hrs as to your anticipated ship date. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your shipment at your convenience. Please be sure to check your email and junk mail regularly for a message from us about your order.
All of our plants are guaranteed to be alive and happy upon reaching your door. We are very careful about shipping your plants correctly. We always have your interest at heart and strive to have your order reach your door in perfect condition. If you are not totally satisfied with the condition of the plants, please let us know within 24 hours of your delivery and we will happily replace your plants or credit your account. Any claim made will be handled on an individual basis.
Once your order has been placed, it will ship within two weeks (usually one week in season). Pre-orders are slightly different (because of weather conditions) and you will be notified as to our anticipated shipment date.
All orders take one week to process.
The cut off time for an order is 11:00AM CMT on Wednesday for the next week’s shipment. This will give our staff enough time to process, pull and ready your shipment. Orders are shipped on Tuesday only and will arrive by Thursday or Friday the same week via Fed Ex. Orders that have multiple flats with various ship dates will be shipped together on the farthest ship date out.
Our customer service representative will contact you if shipping is delayed to reschedule your shipment.
Please take your STEPABLE® plants out of the box upon arrival and give them air, water and light. Plant your little creepers immediately for best result.
