Antennaria  dioica Rubra
Pink Pussytoes DROUGHT-WISE
Great slow growing STEPABLES for rock garden perennial. Silver foliage is soft to the touch. Use only in places where drainage is excellent. This plant does not like wet feet at all. Drought tolerant./Drought Wise

This is a great Pussytoes plant folks...but it HAS to have great drainage, lots of sun, and not a lot of attention. Many novice gardeners might be tempted to overwater this beauty and it will not like it. A gravel base is perfect for this one and a tendency to ignore plants is a good trait as well. As always, it needs to be watered enought to get established and should be fine in kept on the drier side of life.
