New Century Speedwell DROUGHT-WISE Veronica New Century is a nice cross bewtween Veronica liwanensis and Veronica pectinata. This wonderful Veronica is a fantastic STEPABLES Creeping Perennial which creates a soft carpet of green mounds on the ground with small blue saucer flowers in spring. This New Century Speedwell creates the illusion of a sea of blue when it is in bloom. Foliage turns bronze in winter. Nice bed, border and rock garden addition. Sharp drainage is a must. Over watering will impair growth.

Gardening Tips from Fran
Veronica New Century has many of the characteristics of Veronica liwanensis and Veronica pectinata rolled into one, which means its a sea of blue with style! Tough and durable, yet a little more soft in texture than Veronica liwanensis. Very nice spilling over outer edge of retaining wall or in a rock garden or on a dry path.
